in deciding on high priced tools i decide is it really much better and helpful.that said my favorite are jointech digital router lift,jointech or incra router fence,dowelmax,festool circular saw,domino,lamello biscuit joiner,dadowiz,pocket hole jig,microfence for inlays,sawhelper miter saw extension.

You cannot go wrong with buying quality tools. Someone once said, "When I buy a quality, but expensive, tool, I only cry one time."

You don't have a table saw on your list. I don't have one yet, but when I am ready to upgrade to a cabinet saw, it will be a Saw Stop.

I've bought and sold a few "cheap" tools but I haven't seen the need to sell any quality ones yet.
