Hi
I'm trying to cut some labels that are made up of 3M467 adhesive, very thin vinyl print layer and a polycarbonate film on top.
The cut is clean but there is a yellow smoke that's produced from cutting and deposits back on the label, it leaves a yellow mark on the label.
We can get it off with some scrubbing and solvent, I' would like to avoid having to scrub it clean.
I have tried various cut speeds, air assist pressures and flows and I can't get rid of these marks.
Anyone had anything similar ?
Thanks
Nic
