Does anyone know of a place to find replacement parts for Jet Tools besides buying them directly from Jet Tools. They will charge me $20 to ship me a $5 part.

Force Machinery, www.forcemachinery.com (http://www.forcemachinery.com) give them a call that is where I got all my stuff. Jim the owner is very knoldgeable about parts and fair. I think he is also a jet service center. Is the part really heavy?

Jason,
When I have needed a Jet part I have gone to Overland Tool in Kansas City. The couple of times I have needed the part they have had it in stock. In know its a ways from you, you might try calling them and seeing if the will ship to you at a more reasonable rate.
Good luck.

Is (http://www.Is) the part really heavy?

No, it's an aluminum trunnion about 4 inches long. That being said, I think I found a place locally that can get me one within a couple of weeks.

Thanks,
Jason

I suspect you are getting that ridiculous shipping price by ordering the part online. I had the same experience. I called Jet and they mailed me the part for a few bucks in shipping, more like what you would expect.
