I was in one of our Rockler stores a couple weeks ago and I was at the register ready to check out when another customer told me about a vise in the clearance section.

So I got this Pony 7" width, 9" opening vise for $12.00

Great, I would say the price was right....

I just wish I could find deals like that. I always get there just after the last one one sold or the one that is left is missing parts.

I was in the Rockler in Pasadena yesterday and they had a broken 9" vise that they wanted to sell to me for $50. I would have paid $20, and been able to fix it or work something out, but not $50
