I have a potential customer who is looking for tags and signs with adhesive applied. This is for use in motor homes. Any ideas on what adhesive to use and where to get it?

Check with 3M they make a large variety of tapes for what you are looking for.

if it's gonna be a lot, you may want to consider having ordering the plastic with adhesive already applied.

Laser Bits . com has a nice selection of quality tape. Sublimation makes some nice signs too. The left is a reflective sticker.... and far right is a reflective metal sign. If you have the market the investment could pay for itself quick.

Adhesive backed laser engraveable Rowmark can be ordered by adding the number "8" to the number. Example LM922-912 would become LM922-9128. (source: Rowmark.com)

Bill,

ND Graphics in Toronto is my source. I buy 3M 467MP & 468MP 12" x 60 yards. They will cut to smaller rolls if you wish.
They are on Steeles Ave. West at Hwy400 area.

What tape you use depends on whether the material is going to be on the inside or outside of the coach. I do use a 3m adhesive transfer tape for labels inside of the coach where it is dry. It does not work well for exterior use where it is exposed to road wear and temp changes. We usually use a very thin scotch or 3m high temp foam tape for exterior use.
