I'm looking for some good sawhorse type solutions for cutting plywood with my Festool saw. I've searched this forum and came up with a thread from a couple years back: http://www.sawmillcreek.org/showthread.php?t=8083&highlight=sawhorse+plans . The links for the plans on Popular Woodworking are dead. If anyone has access to copy of this, or has other ideas they'd like to share, please give me a shout here. Portability and stabilty are key factors for me. Thanks in advance!

I thought this looked like a good solution and am going to build it soon.

I use one of these its sold by EZ Smart / Eurekazone but it works with any saw system. If you buy the kit there not very much ... one nice thing about these is they can be positioned how ever you need to work .. good luck...

I built something very similar to this. I sheathed the top in 1/4" ply to keep it as light as possible. But that allows me to use it as a lightweight assembly table also. When I need to saw on it, I put a piece of 4x8 sheet foam on it.
With the Festool saw, the sheet foam underneath really heps the dust collection as the dust cannot escape out the bottom of the cut. I suggest using that on any surface you make. I started out with some typical cheapo sawhorses with 2x4s nailed across them and the foam board on top. Obviously the table is a little easier to move around, but still fairly heavy at @80lbs.
