Jet 6" Jointer with Quick-Set Knife System?

I'm happy with a 6 inch jointer. However, I want to upgrade from my Delta JT360 to a closed cabinet type.

I have been happy with my Jet 3hp cabinet saw and am looking at the Jet long bed 6" jointer with quick set knives.

Are there issues with the "quick set knives"? Are they a good feature.

Can you sharpen the quick set knives? Does anyone know of a link that show the detail on these knives?
