This one is cherry, its been sitting on a shelf dry for about a year, so I thought I'd see what I could do with it. Turned out better than what I thought. Measures 8 x 4 1/2 with antique oil finish.

I really like the shape of this piece. The finish is very nice. Its going on my "example board". I finally picked up a quart of Antique Oil and am anxious to give it a try.

Mike - first off - very nice photography! Love the form on this one! You have pretty much nailed the shape that I have been after! Love the flowing grain and color of the cherry! I have already saved this one to my favorites folder! Thanks for the excellent example of form!

Really nice piece! I really like the flare-out at the top! Looks like a really nice finish, and I'll agree with Steve on the photo- amazing!
