Can you engrave gold? silver? Delrin? Boker or Boken Ceramic?

The only one I would bother with is delrin , gold and silver can be marked and not engraved but not easily and the cleaning most of these jewelery type metals need will probably make the mark rub off (jewelery cleaners containing phosphoric acid of silvo or other abraisive polishes)
Ceramic might or might not be engraveable or markable.
Im assuming you asking about a CO2 laser , a yag or ndo4 or other type of laser might engrave these materials or mark em without pastes and such.
Whats the real pity about lasers is that there is no one model that does it all and processes all materials. I know TROTEC have a hybrid YAG and CO2 laser out there.

I've done ceramic tiles. As far as I've tried, all those with a decent depth of glaze can be done...decent burn subject to contrasting colour. Not really cost-effective, though, as you have to nuke 'em really hard.
