I've searched the Internet looking for CAD symbols for typical woodworking power tools like a cabinet saw, jointer, etc. I found a few but thought there would be much more.

Does anyone know of a source whether free or for purchase?

Thanks,

As a CAD jockey in the architectural field, I can say the best symbols are the ones you make yourself. It shouldn't be too difficult to get the dimensions of several tools and draw them up in CAD. If you can't find the dimensions on the internet, you could always measure up some at the store. Just bring a pad of paper and a pencil. And your tape, of course. After you draw them up, then save them as a block so they can be copied and moved to other drawings.

I think Grizzly has them on their web site.

I have not looked for tools but when I am in a pinch and need a block or detail I use cben.net (Cad Block Exchange Network)

I hope this helps.
