I'm trying to make my first work bench as a Neander
I decided I would like to stay true and use wooden vises
Can anyone turn these items for me - also if you are local to PA, Philadelphia/BUcks Cty; that would be cool too
I'm looking for the mallet handles seen in the pic below and the sliding handles so that I can attach my wood screws to them. Nothing special maybe maple or cherry - not my expertise but I'm thinknig it should be a pretty hard wood so I'm open to ideas too..Not looking to spend a fortune but would like to get a rough estimate for the work to be done. I'm even open to stopping by and learning to do it to...
Round "Mallet style" handle heads and long sliding handles - preferably 3-5 heads and handles.
