I bought the plywood for my pantry unit at my usual supplier, I have had good luck using his lower priced "chinese birch" in past projects, it had always had the typical void and occasional small patches of the plys separating. I was noticing that this was a little worse that in the past but was still adequate until I crosscut this one :mad::mad:.

I sent these pictures to the supplier this evening, I'll let you know what he says if anything.

That's called a "blow". You should have no trouble getting a replacement sheet.

That delaminated badly. An exchange is the order of the day. I would expect no problem. If you get resistance, change suppliers.

I bet you won't have any problem with that being replaced with no extra cost.
