maple jar with lid

heres a jar with a lid that i made last month it is made from one solid peice of maple and finished with water lox take a close look at the grain.........i have tones of this wood

Looks good Curtis. The only thing I would change is to make the top smaller and blend it in with the lid.

it originaly was but when i parted it off i accidentaly used a wider parting tool and pafter i parted it i let it sit for 2 months wile working on other things and the whole thing had warped i tried returning it but the chuck wouldnt fit the lid and the doublesided tape only held enough to be able to sand it
