second thing i ever turned

here is the second thing i ever turned it is a goblet about a foot tall
it is made of lightly spalted cherry that i sanded and then darkened whith a blowtorch it is friction polished

this one took the skin off my thumb i was dumb and didnt move the toolrest when sanding and i got it caught
