Jet Cabinet Saw-Deal or no deal...

I have an opportunity to buy a Jet cabinet saw JTAS-10XL with left tilt. It has a 3hp motor and a 52" fence system (not sure of brand) Saw is about 6 or 7 years old. What would be a fair price? Any help is appreciated.

I sold my circa 2000 JTAS-10XL for $1100 including a mobile base a year ago in excellent condition. Pretty much what I paid for it originally not including the $190 mobile base and Biesemeyer snap-in splitter plus a few other doo-dads. (I don't remember what the original cost was on the the splitter)

I bought my jtas 10xl-1 jet left tilt 3hp 52" rail saw for just under $1350 at wood craft about a year and a half ago. The price for the new one is 1399.

I wouldn't pay more than $1000 if its in great condition. Thats assuming it was used for light duty as opposed to a cabinet shop. Its a great saw.
