I am not a huge skil tools fan, but I do have a skil router that was given to me, so I cant complain. I was missing an adapter for the collet, and I called them up and told them what I needed and sent the adapter free of charge and I had it within 3 days. That sure was nice. I am pleased with their help and support. Just thought I would pass this along.
