At least enough to satisfy the local building inspector. Still have grading, landscaping, some painting and such, but we are moved in and trying to adjust. After 32 years in a 100 year old farmhouse its almost like a long term stay at a nice hotel. After a few wall dings and some cuts in the floor it will start to feel like home. The interior trim took a lot longer than anticipated, my wife said she had to handle each piece 8 times during the finishing process. I may have found someone to do all my finish work now although it may be a wee bit more difficult now she knows the process.

Maybe I can try to find the shop now, its been buried with storage "stuff" since the End-O-Pond party last spring. In fact there are still some lathe shavings still laying around.

Congratulations to everyone on the pen project, maybe the Hoosiers can get something going soon. Ray

Congrats!...from a transplanted Hoosier. I hope to enjoy the experiance of moving into a home I built someday. I think very fondly of my Indiana roots.

Ray -

Congratulations on your new residence. Still a lot of work to go, though. Glad you will have time to get out the shop.

So have you busted a bottle of champagne against it and named it yet? Oh, wait....that's boats....

Congrats on the house! You'll have to have another picnic now so we can "break it in" for you! :D The kids are still asking when we'll get to go back to your place.

Enjoy!

Hi Ray,

Sure good to see you back and glad the house is finally finished. I have been thinking about you and the wonderful time I had at the EOP party.

It's about time you "old coot" :D. When you clean up around the shop look carefully for a $100 bill I think I dropped when I was there.

Try not to work Lynn to a frazzel. :D Tell her I still love her.

Tell the kids we talk about them all the time. The door is always open.

I am going to find what happend at the party some time. Lynn keeps asking how Ken is, now I'm getting suspicious.
