I have heard it can take over a month!:eek:

I did recieve a automated email 4 days ago saying it had shipped, but No tracking # was given for UPS.

And when I check the automated email reciept link provided to check, it still says "in process":confused:

Non of my calls nor emails have been replied to.

Seems a little C.S. revamp is in order.
