I am in Tampa,Florida and have a Pinnacle Mercury 25 watt machine. I was wondering if anybody knew a local company that could come in bi-yearly to check the machine, do cleanup, tuneup, etc.

I haven't heard of anyone doing it for lasers, but the embroidery industry has been doing it for years. Someone would contact every embroidery shop in an area & then set up a "sweep", it was more economical for all that way.

I would love to have that arrangement now, we live in the middle of nowhere & it would cost us an arm & a leg to get someone to drive up here. And at my age, if a part still works - I need to keep it!!
