Has anyone bought anything from this company www.blastgateco.com (http://www.blastgateco.com) is there a better place to buy hoses and blastgates?

Looks interesting -- i am just starting to plan my system.
The self cleaning units look like a good idea!

I have not purchased from this company but for blast gates I recommend making them. Vrey easy to make a nice one and MUCH cheaper.

I've got 5 6" self cleaning metal blast gates from Lee Valley left over from my DC install I would be willing to part with if your interested.

I just got 5-6in dia gates and a few 4 in. from them this week. good price and much better than the plastic ones, 7 bucks for a 6 in. cast alum gate is tough to find anywhere else, reaonable shipping if you're buying a decent amout.

I can't imagine anyone responding here and NOT telling you to get self cleaning gates. All my non-self cleaning gates have been shop modified as it is a losing battle to keep the others functioning properly.

Just do a Google search here and you'll get more than you can use:
