I did a little something different on this one. It looked kinda boring to me so I tried some stain on it and still didn't like it so I sprayed it with conversion varnish and forgot about it for about three weeks or so, decided to buff it and now I think it looks pretty decent. Measures about 5'' wide and 4'' high.

Wow! Beautiful. And the finish is real nice. The tall ones look better to me for some reason.

And the photos are great.... but what is that speck there.... you must have something on your lens, Mike... oh, no, that's on my computer screen.:D

Very nice form, beautiful wood and finish! I like the proportions of shoulder height, size of opening and size of foot.

The more I look at it the more I like it!

did you paint the interior black, or is it just in shadow?

Jeffery thats just a shadow on the inside.

Conversion varnish is a cabinet finish.

It looks way more than decent from here. But may be up close you could be right. Why don't you sent it to me for claser inpections.
