Double plater.

My brother gave me the hardware since their kids broke the plates. I was going to make it for him but now that is finish my wife took possession of it.
The lower plate is 8" and the top one is 5 1/2 or 6"

I've seen those double platter things in the dollar store on occasion. I think it'd be worth it to smash the ceramic, for a dollar.

As far as the origin of the hardware I could not tell you. I guess I'd be looking at places that sells kitchen things. I'll see if I can find something since it was not such a complicated project.
