A few years ago Randy at Vega was selling treadmill motors to folks wanting to convert to a variable speed motor.
When I researched the forums as to how to do this, I found several threads here.
So, before I go ahead, I'd like to hear from the folks who have made the conversion.
Would you do it again? Plus? Minus?
