I like the electrical outlet and toilet paper dispenser in the bathtub/shower.

It's amazing what you see in peoples houses. None of these surprised me.

Reminds me of a house that we looked at when we were shopping. It had been built on a slope with a 1/3 basement and 2/3 crawl-space. The floor above the crawl-space was supported by brick piers. Well, a previous owner had decided they wanted to expand the basement, so they dug out the crawl space leaving just a column of dirt under each pier. I didn't even go back upstairs. I called LOML downstairs and we left out the back.

I LOVE that one !!!!!! Let's put the return right here so none of that nasty old "bought air" gets into the room.

I actually new an old man who was the cheapest and worst do-it-yourselfer you could find. He lived in a house that still had a fuse box and due to his own addition it was in the kitchen and it didn't have a cover. For some reason the electric service to the stove ran from the box, down the kitchen wall to the floor where it ran along the wall to his stove.

When I questioned the danger aspect he said " What are you talking about. thats the right size cable."

No I didn't make that up.
