Been lurking here for a while and thought it might be good to open the door and come in. I am an Australian, retired carpenter and joiner with a woodturning "habit" of about 50 odd years. I have been playing around with laminated bowls etc., boxes and oval turning. Below is one of my older jobs. It is about 250mm high and about 200mm wide. It was made from Australian red cedar with ash trim.

Jim, great job with the multi-generation. Did you use any computer software? Or did you just "wing it"? Either way, you certainly seem to know what you're doing. Let's see some more.
