I'm thinking this is an 60's Stanley, but I'm not sure what it is?
It just has the "made in usa" on the base and "stanley" on the frog.

I'd be suspicious that it is all Stanley. I don't think Stanley ever made a plane that had a lateral adjust lever like that. Stanleys are multi-piece things, a roller, a lever, and a tab rivited into the lever. Could be wrong, but Dunlop or Fulton? What does the blade say? Pretty easy to swap parts, but I could be wrong.

Stanley Handyman. An older one from the look of it.
But the low front knob, might be from another plane, not sure. Handyman planes I've seen have plain domestic hardwood knobs and totes that were rather blocky looking in comparison. The tote looks correct.

The folded lateral lever suggests its a Sargent.

Handyman planes used that style too.
But the difference is a small crease where the fold starts.
Sargents don't typically have that crease as the fold extends down about half of the length of the lever. On the Stanley Handyman only the end gets folded and most of the lever is flat.

The frog itself is another difference. That's a classic Handyman frog. Complete with enamel on what are normally machined surfaces. :(
