Hopeful sign? Woodworking shows

There's a "The Woodworking shows" show in New Jersey this coming weekend. I saw an ad on a Philly station during the morning news. I think they'd do better placing the ad around a DIY show but at least they're making an effort.

That's a regular annual show, Curt. I normally go with a couple friends just to walk through, but can't this year due to a business schedule conflict. I do hope that the new owners of The Woodworking Shows can get things moving again!

Jim, I'm assuming that we are talking about the Somerset show. Sorry that you won't be able to attend. I wasn't sure about attending until I thought about replacing the surface of my router table. I thought that I would investigate any possibilities that might be at the show. That and hopefully get to touch the new Jet tablesaws since that is what I am probably leaning towards in a about a month. I guess I'll make a quick hop up there Saturday in the morning. I was just working about a quarter mile from there a month ago.
