vacum pump

Hello all,
Just a Q to those of you that either use a vac pump or know about vac pumps......is this one on ebay worth it or is even the kind of pump to get? Item number 300196704734

Hi Tony,

I'm pretty sure the mods will remove the link -- but I saw it first so you're in luck! The specs say 1.75 CFM free air, which most likely isn't high enough to overcome leaks, porous wood, imperfect seals, and so on. You'll really want something up in the 4-5 CFM range.
