Yet another Barry Wixey testimonial.
I purchased and installed my digital fence readout on my PM and everything went well. It worked like a charm and I was impressed. That was last week.
On Monday I went to use it and I couldn't get the readout to go on. I got the manual out and read the battery thing and changed the battery even though I had checked the old one and it showed OK. I checked the contacts and they appeared to be OK.
After exhausting all my efforts to revive the thing I sent Barry Wixey and e-mail.
Today is Wednesday and I just received a complete new one in the mail today. Even sent a couple more spare batteries.
I consider that EXCELLENT customer service. I had read that before and today he proved it to me.
