laser engraving bowling balls

Has anyone ever laser engraved on a bowling ball. I want to try it but i really dont know what they are made of

I checked once, they are polyester, urethane, or polyurethane, some mixed with resins, all should be safe to laser. I doubt one would fit in mine, they must be 9-10" high.

If you removed all the tables and set in the bottom tray
on a disc to keep it from moving would their be enough room?

The only thing about bowling balls are that being as small as they are you get to much drop to quick.

I'd have to measure, I don't have my own ball, but I think my laser allows a 9" maximum depth.
