Anyone ever experience this? I have some granite with diffreing hardness through the piece - you'll get a lighter stripe or oval in the image. Also, you can tell the pieces were cut from the same block as the compression band tracks down the individual pieces. For example, the next piece of granite in the stack will have a nearly identical band the distance of the thickness of the last piece down the face.
Nothing wrong with the Epilog, grabbed some more 12x12 slabs from another batch and they're fine.
