Thanks that is what I thought, I wanted to see what you all thought about this...Woodcraft just sent me a 10% off any single item coupon...Their Jet 14 closed stand bs is 549.00 with a 50 dollar rebate...If I use the coupon too then I take the saw home for 444.00, that seems like a really good deal to me on a new 14" Jet, any thoughts on that?

It's a decent saw that I've had for 5 years. I have the riser block added to it.

I had the Jet 14" CS saw for about 4 years and it served my needs at the time fine. It was a little underpowered, but going slow allowed it to handle the work. That's a nice price for the machine.

Jim, that is what I am thinking too, so unless anyone can give me a reason I think my quest is over, I'll be buying it on the sale day...
