First Corian Custom Band Slim

Here is some kind of Purple Corian with White Corian Band. Never turned this stuff... not to bad. 2 pictures because the full shot doesn't really give off the color of the Corian.

Jon....very nice! I've turned a couple of corian pens and the only problem I had was blowout during the drilling process. I quickly learned to make my blank pieces longer than necessary and cut back to the correct length after gluing in the brass.

:)Turned some pens before Christmas, Had the same expierience with blowout. Cut blanks 1/4in too long. Keep the drill sharp, and your tool sharper. OR, there's always 80 grit.;););):)
