Need your recommendations for Bandsaw Blade

I have a (1970's) 12" Craftsman Bandsaw. It runs "true" and I would like to add a good blade.
On 3" wide hardwood, I would like to rip cheeks for half-lap joints.
Are there any blades available that would leave the mating surfaces smooth enough to glue up without additional sanding?

Hmmm. Smooth enough for a glue surface and band saw don't usually go well together. However, you might try calling the folks at Timberwolf and follow their recommendation:
