while waiting for a local response ... I found some "partners" of the Wood Working Guild of Georgia, so do a search for such a guild in your area, and they may have some good leads on hardwood

You can find all the local HWs in the Middlefield area, about 40 miles E of Cleveland, Rt 87, good prices also.

:cool:The closest place to buy hardwoods is Elegant Wood at 36709 Royalton Rd. in Grafton. :cool:Or you may want to go Keim Lumber in Charm, Ohio. You could also come to our Woodworkers Guild meeting at Rocklers in Parma at 6:00 on the second Wednesday and we will discuss where to buy wood:cool:.

Or you may want to go Keim Lumber in Charm, Ohio.

This is a great lumberyard. Lumberyard isnt a good description for Keim. Sure its a lumberyard, but its so much more. I live 30 miles from there and I wish it was closer. What an awesome place. If you go, take money with you 'cause you will want to buy lots of stuff.
