Salt Grinder

I've made pepper mills before, but never a salt grinder mill. I ordered the kits from Chef Specialities but I don't have any instructions on how to turn and drill. does anyone know of some instructions? thanks

I'm sure other companies make these and have instructions. A picture of the kit, or a link to the kit would probably remind someone of where a similar instruction sheet is.
