Dewalt worksite radio.

I was going to buy a dewalt worksite radio for the shop and to use around the house the charger will come in handy but the size has always turned me off. Someone mentioned they where redesigning it. Anyone have any specs on this? or when it will be out.

No specs, but I can almost guarantee a redesign and shortly because they need to allow lithium ion batteries to charge on it. They have quietly been releasing their new tools over the past couple of months, so just keep an eye out. The borgs seem to be way behind on the new dewalt tools, so probably better to watch online.

I hope the redesign includes a more sensitive FM radio. The charger I have has very poor reception. I even changed out the antenna to a longer one.
