I am considering building a cabinet base with drawers for a RAS I have. I don't want to spend big money for expensive drawer slides. I found some on ebay that look like they would work but would like to know if anyone here has bought any there and if they are junk.

Ask the seller for the manufacturer and then decide. Could be some junk or really nice Blum slides.

Gliderite slides get good reviews. Gliderite has many e-bay postings.

I'll second GlideRite. I bought a carton and used them for a tool cabinet at least three years ago. No problem with them holding up over time.

I just bought 12 sets of drawerslides myself off of E-bay from this seller "pmiinc". I was a little worried about the quality myself, but ordered them anyways. When I received them I was quiet suprised of the A+ quality. I will definitely be buying more!

Also look at Mepla from McFeeleys, I was really surprised at the quality of the slides relative to the price when they arrived .
