Monday was my 42nd wedding anniversary and I send my wife a dozen roses. I used 1-800-flowers.com to order them, which I have used in the past.
The flowers were delivered on Monday just like they should have been. My brought them home from work and I just really didn't think they looked that great. The peddles were falling off already and they just did not look very good.
So on Wednesday I sent an email to 1800flowers about it and received and email back within hours, stating there would be a new delivery made on the 25th as a replacement. They apologized all over the place and thank me for being a customer.
The new roses were delivered today and were beautiful as they should have been to start.
So I just thought I would post about good customer service.
