All to often we see horror stories about bad customer service. Here's a happy one.

I recently ordered the 35A100SBOL filter kit for my HF DC. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. She told me that the filter would ship out of the California warehouse. The filter arrived on the day she said it should arrive.

The box looked fine and undisturbed, so I took it inside and set it off to the side in the shop. Better part of a week goes by and I finally get around to taking it out of the box to install on my DC.

There was a portion of the top edge that was bent down and part of the screen on the lower side was bowed out. Again, the box looked fine so this was a surprise to say the least.

I emailed Wynn this morning about this condition and my concerns.

I received a swift reply stating that they have seen this happen with UPS. Denise said that the damaged filter might work but that they would rather they give me a new one.

Now this is what I call customer service.
