Mitchell,
After great pondering, this could be quite amusing, as your post as exactly written leaves a lot for imagination and thought.
In mathematical sense, it is odd as per these rules:
The formal definition of an odd number is an integer of the form n=2k +1, where k is an integer. The definition of an even number is n=2k where k is an integer.
Any integer is either even or odd according to the following rules: If it is a multiple of two, it is an even number; otherwise, it is an odd number. Examples of even numbers are −4, 8, 0, and 42. Examples of odd numbers are −3, 9, 1, and 5. The set of even numbers can be written:
Evens = 2Z = {..., −6, −4, −2, 0, 2, 4, 6, ...}. The set of odd numbers can be shown like this:
Odds = 2Z + 1 = {..., −5, −3, −1, 1, 3, 5, ...}.

In my reality the number 3 could have different meanings as in:
1. three drinks in front of me during the Super Bowl--not odd.
2. (pre-Chantix) chain smoking three cigarettes after a meal--not odd.
3. smashing three toes from dropping a board on them--not odd.
4. screwing up the same wood cut three times in a row--not odd.
5. EX-wife married and divorced three times--not odd.
6. I am LOML's third marriage--still up for debate:D

To answer the question properly it depends on your definition of odd, as Mitchell has shown by his interpretation of the term odd.
So the proper answer is, yes it is and no it is not.
hope this has helped add more fuel to the fire.
