Can't see new posts

Hi,

On the general woodworking index there are threads showing that they have new posts. When I click on the thread I'm not seeing the more recent posts, even if I refresh my browser. This has happened several times in the past couple of days.

It looks like it depends on which reply button people use, whether they are starting on off-shoot thread or replying to the original post. I'm surprised I hadn't noticed this before.

I don't know, James. Lately I've been going into the turner forum and see a bunch of threads I haven't read, but they are dimmed (marked as already read). I thought it was just me.

I get the same thing in the turners forum, not sure if it other forums or not I'll try to open them up as well.

never mind that all of these are dim and i'ver never been in here before lol

When I had a problem viewing some stuff a while back, I found that changing "Display Mode" [right end of menu bar] to Linear rather than Hybrid displayed some stuff I couldn't previously see.
