Corel Help - Many Lines Vs One Line

I drew a simple shape. Sine wave type thing. Used many pieces of arcs.

When I print it it prints each line segment one at a time.

I want it to vector cut in one smooth line.

I have grouped, combined and made outline an object all with no change for the better.

I bet there is something very simple that I am missing.
Any ideas??

Have you tried welding?
