Someone else here at the creek put me on to these. I ordered some and they just came in.
They are heavy steel
they have three spring loaded bearings on one side and three set screws on the other.
I bought four of them for a total of $34.21 so they are cheap
The only thing you might not like is that they are square and not t shaped but that doesn't bother me.
I haven't used them yet but I think they are great.
