Anyone have one of these? Possibly looking at one soon but not a lot of info out there about them that I can find. Current owner says the manual is dated 1993 and I know it's not a current model. He got it used and has no idea of how old it is. Its and open base 14 inch with either a 1/2 or 3/4 motor. Would this have been made in the US and can it be fitted with a riser? Assuming it's in excellent shape that the owner says it is would a price of 250 be reasonable? thanks, Mike
