Can anyone tell me about a foley-bellsaw sharp-all 1055?

I have one, it works like it says without much set up or trouble.

You have to match your angle of grind and just kiss the teeth. Kinda like hitting a chain saw with a file.

Wheels are pretty pricey for carbide blades. I don't have a thin enough wheel to do very fine blades but I have done several 40 tooth blades. I couldn't tell the difference from new.

It has a lot of features that I don't know how to use. Someday I will learn it a bit better.
