First off the gloat....Lowe's has the Freud Router table reduced from $199 to $109-they must be clearing it out so they can bring in the Task Force brandhttp://www.sawmillcreek.org/images/icons/icon9.gif. I then went to my local used tool monger and procured the Dewalt 3 horse router (was looking for the Milwaukee that all you rave about) for $125. When I got home to put it all together, I assumed there would be some kind of template or advice on how to mount the aluminum plate to the router but found none. A call to Freud told me to ask DeWalt which was closed for the week by 6pm. I would like to get this thing up and going by this weekend so if anyone can offer any assistance I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

The directions are in the manual that comes with the router table, on page 2. Here is the manual on Freuds website. http://www.freudtools.com/images/manuals/RTP1000-Manual.pdf Nice score on the table.

I must be going blind or just plain overlooked that in the instructions. Now I've got to find out what size screws the DW router uses to mount to the plate because the only screws this router has are the ones holding the routers base on-the other two tapped holes are empty.

You use the same screws that are holding the plate that is on your router now, unless they aren't long enough.
