I keep seeing "LOML" throughout most of these threads. Can anyone tell me what it stands for?

LOML, as in wife (in most cases?). Gotta say, I think the prevalence of that acronym here, as opposed to some you see elsewhere (like SWMBO), is a positive reflection on this forum...but I admit that I'm somewhat old-fashioned...

SWMBO is the LOML. She prefers the term SWMBO, ever since I used it in a post that she read. Every time she tells me to do something I don't want to do, she reminds me that I have to do it, because; and I quote her "I am SWMBO"
