Here is another I just finished.
The wood is Sweetgum and it is 7 3/4" at the rim and stands 4" tall

Ron, nice piece. I'd bet the tear out 'bout made ya crazy tho. spatled is no fun at all sometime, but you got a handle on it for sure.I like the rim/edge band.

the finish is tongue oil and friction polish
