cutting angles

I just received Malcolm Tibbetts Segmented Woodturning, great book. My question is what kind of software does everyone use to draw the shapes. I use Linux Unbuntu and installed Qcad. It looks like a great package, but have not done anything yet but play with it. Also who uses a spreedsheet to help with the math?

I have tried several different software. Segmented Project Planner works the best for me. You can easily google it.

The problem I have is all software programs I know of only work under windows and I don't use windows.
